gamma gamma V(rho, phi) have been studied. The eta(1430) resonance has been observed in these two channels respectively. Its mass,width and branching ratio are 1431 +/- 17MeV, 88 +/- 28MeV, and Br (J/psi-->gamma eta(1430)) Br(eta(1430)-->gamma rho) = (1.1 +/- 0.5 +/- 0.3) x 10(-4) from J/psi-->gamma gamma rho mode,1424 +/- 15MeV, 73 +/- 58MeV, and Br(J/psi-->gamma eta(1430)) Br(eta(1430)-->gamma phi) = (2.0 +/- 1.0 +/- 0.6) x 10(-4) from J/psi-->gamma gamma phi mode. Our results show that K-factors could not be treated as constants as usual, but are varied markedly with the kinimatic variable x(T(A)). In the ISR and SppS energy regions, when 2 x 10(-3) less than or equal to x(T(A)) <1, K-factors decrease markedly as x(T(A)) becomes smaller, but after x(T(A)) < 2 x 10(-3), Their values increase rapidly as x(T(A)) further decrease. K-factor has a little dependence on nucleon number A of a nuclei also, and their effects are more clear in small x(T(A)) region. These observations are important for stringent test of some models and some physical quanties with Drell-Yan (Drell-Yan like) process in super-high energy regions. The spectra of Mrk421 and MrK501 during their flaring have been observed by ACTs. Using the data obtained with Tibet Il IHD AS array from October of 1995 to Augest of 1997,the preliminary results of energy density of intergalactic infrared radiation field are presented in this paper. Analysis shows that no statistically significant absorption evidence of high energy gamma rays is found up to around 30 TeV.
