W+W--->h\'s process is studied using the Color Effective Hamiltonian. The comparison between our results and those of Gustafson and Sjostrand et al. is also given. It is found that this probability cannot be neglected, and it is pointed out that to investigate the Color Rearrangements, the hadronization models should be developped and improved.
