摘要：In this paper, use a typical case study method. Combined with Fudan poisoning case, guide students to discuss how to strengthen the legal awareness of teachers and students in pharmacology teaching. We should pay attention to the education of the rights of teachers and students of law awareness. As in pharmacological experiments, each person needs to enhance the awareness of intellectual property protection. Meanwhile, we should pay attention to the education of the obligation of teachers and students of law awareness. In the laboratory, each person must be accessed chemicals in accordance with the law and regulations. The author hopes that students and teachers recognize the value and specific application methods of the legal awareness education in pharmacology teaching.
