摘要:Delone and McLean (D & M) model of Information System (IS) success is typically used in the acceptance of IS, which focuses on the influence of IS quality to its use. Research on online consuming is not only the question about IS, but also includes the content of marketing and consumer's behavior. A model on online consuming is developed based on D & M IS model. And the university students are used as samples. Empirical analysis is used with SEM (Structure Equation Modeling). The findings prove that IS model is able to be used to online consumer behavior on the one side. On the other side, the role of factors influencing online consumer's behavior is examined. Finally the corresponding suggestions are provided to the operation of retail websites.
