摘要:Spiral oil wedge hybrid sleeve bearing is investigated theoretically. The Reynolds equation for the hybrid sleeve bearing is established, in which the pressure-viscosity effect is considered. By means of finite differential methods and appropriate boundary conditions, film thickness, pressure, loading capacity, oil film rupture and velocity of the bearing under reckoning with and without pressure-viscosity effect are computed. The results show oil film thickness increases for considering pressure-viscosity effect, and pressure, loading capacity decrease for considering pressure-viscosity effect. Pressure-viscosity effect produces influence on flow velocity and has little effect on oil film rupture.
