摘要:The responsivity expression of a pyroelectric detector with a surrounding substrate is given. The calculation of the responsivity in this case is compared with that for a suspended case. The effect of the surrounding substrate cannot be neglected for small r1f1/2, where r1 is the radius of the electrode and f is the frequency.
