摘要:The frequency stability of the grid was challenged as a result of the increasing penetration of wind power in recent years. The grid codes of some nations have put forward the requirements that the wind farm should have the ability of frequency regulation. Deloaded control is one of the strategies to make wind turbine generators (WTGs) participate into system frequency regulation and it have been used in some wind farms. This paper proposes a novel deloaded control strategy of DFIG wind farm that uses overspeed control preferentially to retain more kinetic energy in WTGs. The combination of virtual inertial control and deloaded control is also proposed for frequency regulation. Simulation results show that the wind farm equipped with the proposed control strategy can quickly participate into system frequency regulation and improve the system frequency response after the load disturbance. © 2018 IEEE.
