摘要:An enzyme-free three-dimensional DNA walker powered by catalytic assembly has been constructed. Automaticmovements of the walker were achieved through purely DNA hybridization. This DNA walking device provided a reliable, sensitive and selective strategy for nucleic acid and protein analysis.
