摘要:Tin oxide (SnO_(2)) films were deposited on Y-stabilized ZrO_(2) (YSZ) (120) substrates at 500-750 deg C by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition. The film deposited at 700 deg C exhibited the best crystallinity, especially with a single crystalline columbite structure (C-SnO_(2)). The structural and optical properties of this film were investigated in detail. A schematic diagram was proposed to clarify the growth mechanism, in which an epitaxial relationship of C-SnO_(2)(120)||YSZ(120) with C-SnO_(2)[001]||YSZ[001] was illustrated. The C-SnO_(2) film showed excellent transparency and the optical band gap was about 3.74 eV.
