摘要：Turbinate ZnO in micro/nano scale was synthesized in a short time by microwave heating using Zn(NO(3))(2)center dot 6H(2)O and N(CH(2)CH(2)OH)(3)(TEA) as raw materials. The as-prepared samples were studied by XRD, FESEM and EDS. The results showed that the typical ZnO sample was turbinate (about 1 mu m long (between two ends), the diameter of the mid cylinder was about 1 mu m and its height was about 300 nm). The adding amount of TEA in starting mixture is very important on the final products' morphology. The long reaction time almost has no effect on the samples' shape. The heating method and stirring is critical. The integrality of the turbinate ZnO relied heavily on the reaction temperature.
