摘要:This paper demonstrates a method for colonies recognition and classification in super resolution images. According to the features of the colony images, we propose a novel strategy for colonies recognition and classification using image processing, binarization partitioning curved surface (BPCS), adhesion segmentation and support vector machines (SVM). The experimental results show that the new colonies algorithm is better than usual algorithm in reducing recognition classification time, and it also can display all colonies in different conditions, such as max length, sphericity, color feature, etc.
