摘要:Nanocomposite magnetic alloys [1] consisting of a hard- and a soft-phase have attracted considerable attention because the remanence enhancement in exchange-coupled nanocomposite alloys has a potential way to achieve a high value of the maximum energy product (BH)max. Although a high remanence ratio in these materials is obtained, the coercivity (iHc) is low due to a considerable content of magnetically soft phases α-Fe or Fe3B. The low coercivity drastically reduces the (BH) max value. In order to increase the iHc and (BH)max, the microstructure of the nanocomposite magnets was modified by using various methods, e.g. melt spinning technique, hot pressing procedure, flash annealing and changing composition [2]. In this paper, magnetic property and magnetic viscosity were studied for optimum quenched Pr2Fe14B/α-Fe alloys with CoCr addition. © 2015 IEEE.
