摘要：Bonding carbon fiber on both sides of steel plate shear wall could improve the strength of the steel plate and avoid the premature buckling, which lead to a new type of FRP Reinforced composite steel plate wall (FRSW) In order to study seismic behavior of the FRSW, a FEM analysis model using ABAQUS was established, in which the factors including the installation mode, FRP thickness, FRP setup angle and the height to thickness ratio of steel plate were considered. Based on that, the parameter analysis of 4 series models were carried out. The analytical results indicate that FRP is beneficial to increase of strength; there is no notable increase in strength and stiffness using FRP on both sides on one side only; Increasing the thickness of FRP and steel plate could improve lateral bearing capacity and stiffness of the structure significantly; the reinforced effect is obvious when FRP is attached along diagonal direction; the GFRP has better performance than CFRP with regard to stiffness.
