摘要:This paper is concerned with the networked predictive controller design problem for the discrete-time two-dimensional (2-D) systems represented by the well-known Fornasini-Marchesini local state-space (FMLSS) model subject to time delays. Particularly, a novel networked predictive control (NPC) scheme is employed for the considered 2-D systems in order to compensate for the communication delay actively. Firstly, by using the Lyapunov stability theory, sufficient conditions are established for such 2-D systems. Based on the stability analysis results, a new networked predictive controller design strategy is proposed to stabilize the addressed 2-D systems and also achieve the desired control performance. Finally, an example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the newly developed NPC strategy for 2-D systems over networks. Different from the existing results, this is our first attempt to apply the NPC scheme to 2-D systems. © 2020 Technical Committee on Control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.
