摘要:A vibration stress relief system was developed based on spectral analysis to control residual stresses in components. Firstly, a forced vibration damping model was analyzed and Matlab program simulation was carried out, it proved that spectral analysis was an effective way to obtain natural frequency of component. Secondly, vibration stress relief system was developed, in which the software control system was developed by VB and Matlab mixed programming. The hardware of this system contained data acquisition card, frequency converter and vibration motor and so on. Finally, a test was carried out to prove the effectiveness of this new vibration stress relief system.
