摘要：The model of water tank level control system with hysteresis nonlinearity is investigated in this paper. In order to improve the control precision of the tank level control system, the model is researched using mechanism method and especially considering the effect of the hysteresis nonlinearity which can be induced by valves. The Prandtl-Ishlinskii (PI) model is adopted to described the hysteresis nonlinearity and the error conversion algorithm is applied to reduce the complexity of the operation. Then, an adaptive controller is designed and the adaptive control law is given. Finally, the appropriate Lyapunov function ensures the error convergence between the system and the reference model and the effectiveness of the proposed approaches is verified by the simulations based on a third tank level model. © 2020, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
