摘要:The equipment capacity factor of the main transformer is limited by the traditional service restoration strategy for power supply side failure, which only uses the automatic switching devices. Under the condition of the tie rate increasing gradually in the intelligent distribution network, a wide range load transfer optimization strategy with the cooperation of the standby busbar power supply and external tie power supplies is proposed in this paper. It will be great of significance to improve the reliability of distribution network and the equipment capacity factor of the main transformer. However, it probably occurs that the same power supply need restore service for two or more feeders because too many feeders lose power when power supply side failure, which leads to the difficulty in generating service restoration scheme. Therefore, a decoupling strategy for this kind of power supply is proposed, decoupling the shared power supply into multiple equivalent power supplies. Eventually, the wide range load transfer problem is transformed into the problem of service restoration for multiple feeders independently. The researches in this paper will lay the foundation for the application of the wide range of load transfer optimization strategy for power supply side failure in the intelligent distribution network. © (2014) Trans Tech Publications Switzerland.
