摘要：Using compressor rotor blade of some type of aero-engine as research object, two tool cathode design methods were presented: the first design mtehod was established simply on the basis of mathematical model of actual electric field distribution in interelectrode gap of ECM, and the other one was proposed considering actual electric field distribution and characteristics of electrolyte flowing field in ECM at the same time. Some fundamental factors involved in tool cathode design such as electric potential distribution, interelectrode gap distribution and some specific boundary conditions had been discussed in detail. Moreover, a serial of experiments for verifying cathode design precision were developed, and the experimental results show that the tool cathode design method considering the characteristics of electric field and electrolyte flowing filed synchronously corresponds better to the real process of ECM, therefore its design results are more precise and reasonable.
