摘要：Fe3+doped calcium phosphate was fabricated by wet chemical methods and the effect of Fe3+/Ca2+ratio on the crystallinity of calcium phosphate was researched. The structure and properties of Fe3+doped calcium phosphate after being heat-treated at 900 for 2 h were studied by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microcopy (SEM) and magnetometer (VSM). The results indicate that the participation of Fe3+can increase stability of amorphous calcium phosphate and its crystallinity decreases with the increase of Fe3+. Amorphous calcium phosphate will be conversed into tricalcium phosphate, calcium iron phosphate and hydroxyapatite after heat treatment. And the content of tricalcium phosphate and calcium iron phosphate increases, while that of hydroxyapatite decreases with the increasing of Fe3+. Heat treatment can promote crystallization of amorphous calcium phosphate and form spherical particles or short rod-like structure. Magnetic testing shows that Fe3+doped tricalcium phosphate is paramagnetic and its magnetism improves after heat treatment. © 2015, Editorial Office of Transactions of Materials and Heat Treatment.
