摘要：Based on the synchronized zone picking strategy of automated picking system with multi-zones, an integrated optimization for number of zones and item assignment is presented. Firstly the synchronized zone picking strategy is analyzed and hence the picking quantity distribution situation: each order averagely distributed among zones, and the method of determining the optimal number of zones are obtained under minimal total order picking time. Then the clustering model of item assignment problem is established, the similarity coefficient and clustering method are adopted from Jane, who did the similar research. Besides, the hybrid cluster algorithm is proposed, which firstly gets a initial solution from Jane's clustering algorithm, then improves it by an improved k-means clustering algorithm. At last, the result of real application and analysis testifies the advantage of the hybrid clustering algorithm and the integrated optimization strategy.
