摘要:In view of the change of land management mode in Shandong Province and the shortage of wheat sowing time and the low efficiency of existing machinery caused by wheat and maize double cropping rotation system, a wheat pneumatic high-efficiency no-tillage fertilizer seeder was designed, which can complete stubble elimination, fertilization, sowing, soil covering and suppression at one time.The machine adopts a centralized air flow seeding/fertilizer device, which uses the same air channel to transport the discharged seeds and fertilizers at the same time, while ensuring the synchronization of seeds and fertilizers, it also improves the efficiency and uniformity of seeding/fertilizer. In addition, he used the swallow-tail trough seed distributor to distribute seeds, and achieved the effect of wide seedling belt. Field tests were carried out on the whole machine. The results showed that the machine passed well. The qualified rates of sowing depth, fertilization depth and spacing were 93.0%, 93.6% and 85.4% respectively, and the coefficient of variation was 4.7%, 2.8% and 5.3%, respectively. The average width of seedling was 11.83 cm, the qualified rate was 94.5%, and the coefficient of variation was 4.2%. There was no significant difference between each index and the theoretical design and it met the agronomic requirements. © 2019 ASABE Annual International Meeting. All rights reserved.
