摘要:A CS-WEC utilizes an artificial spring created by feedback control of sliding-mass angle on the circular track; it is free of problems associated with mechanical springs. This paper also demonstrates that the harvested power is always more with the spring than without, and with the spring, the power harvest is insensitive to load.
