摘要:Based on the anlysis of the manipulator operational principle, do its theoretical analysis by using theoretiacl mechanics and figure out its relationship between input and output force. Construct the model in UG and import it to ADAMS by the "parasolid" standard. Build constraint relation and do simulation. According to the results of simulation to choose the right parameter as design variable to optimize the model. According to the curve optimization to contrast clamping force in theroy to clamping force in optimization. And analysis the size of clamping force which changesfollowing the point of maker and angle of rod, thinning the model of manuplator, getting the most excellent model. © 2011 IEEE.
