摘要:This paper examines the relationship between market density and the entry decision from the perspective of organizational ecology. We tested hypothesis by modeling number of entries in a population of insurance companies in an emerging economy from 2001 to 2006. We found a positive relationship between market density and entry decision and concluded that industry depth can moderate such a relationship. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2013.
