摘要：Logging data can reflect the characteristics of sequence boundaries with high resolution and good continuity, so it is widely used in stratigraphic classification. INPEFA curves and their turning points can reflect different levels of sequence boundaries and the rhythm change of sedimentary cycles, therefore they have the ability in high resolution sequence stratigraphic isochronous correlation. This has paved the way for the fine stratigraphic classification, which has promoted the quantitative development of high resolution sequence stratigraphy. The paper showed the practical applied effects of INPEFA technique in W79 Block, Wenliu Area, Dongpu depression. The Lower Second Submember of Shahejie formation could be divided into 2 long-term baselevel semi-cyclic units and 6 middle-termed semi-cyclic units.
