摘要:A diode-end-pumped actively Q-switched Nd:Gd0.63Y0.37VO4laser operating at 1.34 μm with an acousto-optic (AO) modulator is realized at different pulse repetition frequencies and different output transmissions. When the AO Q-switch repetition frequency is 10 kHz and the output transmission is 5%, the largest single-pulse energy of 32.6 μJ and the highest peak power of 715 W are obtained at the maximum incident pump power of 4.45 W. © 2013 Astro Ltd.
