摘要:The electrical behavior of the WO3 ceramics based varistor systems was analyzed. A semiconductor I-V grapher was used for the electrical characterization of the current density as a function of applied electric field. A breakdown electric field of 4.1 V/mm was observed for the WO3 ceramics. The results show that the dielectric constant of the varistors decreases with the increase in the frequency.
