摘要：The paper aims at improving the system capacity while considering the delay provisioning in multi-user relay networks. Considering that each user competes for wireless resource to optimize its own performance, the capacity served for each user is optimized individually in this study. Specifically, a multi-objective optimization framework is proposed, in which each user can achieve the maximum effective capacity while satisfying the power constraints of relay nodes. Employing the convex optimization theory and the weighting method, an optimal power allocation policy is derived in a quasi-closed form by solving the multi-objective optimization problem. Meanwhile two rules of how to select the relay nodes are derived based on the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker conditions. Furthermore, to learn the statistics of the wireless channels on-the-fly, a distributed stochastic iterative algorithm is proposed to achieve the optimal power allocation and relay selection. Numerical results demonstrate that the proposed scheme performs better in improving the system effective capacity than existing resource allocation policies for different Quality-of-Service exponent sets, especially when the delay requirement is strict. © 2017 IEEE.
