摘要:In this study, a novel synthetic method of lignin-based bioflocculant was introduced in recycling of papermaking sludge. The produ ct li gnin-di allyl dimethyl ammo nium chloride-acrylamide (LDA) was used with polyferric chloride (PFC) in simulated humic acid (HA) water treatment to demonstrate flocculation mechanisms. Results showed that LDA could provide strong charge neutralization and absorption bridging effect. When PFC was dosed firstly, negatively charged Fe(III) hydrolysates-colloids were neutralized and bridged by LDA. On the contrary, slightly negatively charged colloids-LDA was destabilized by entrapment and sweeping of PFC. As a result, coagulation efficiencies were in the order: PFC dosed firstly > LDA dosed firstly > PFC. Due to the variance of hydrolyzed Fe species under different pH condition, PFC was more sensitive to pH than dual-coagulants in the aspect of coagulation efficiencies and flocs structure. Besides, floc properties were not only related with coagulation mechanisms but also hydraulic conditions.
