摘要:In this work, a new dynamics model is presented to analyze the dynamic characteristics of high-speed milling (HSM) system with respect to the centrifugal force and gyroscopic effect. The distinguishing features of the proposed model different with existing models are 1) the machine, spindle, holder, tool and workpiece are considered as a dynamic system with multiple degrees of freedom holistically; 2) the influences of centrifugal force and gyroscopic effect on dynamic characteristics of system can be counted, and 3) the coefficient of the velocity term of the corresponding vibration equation consists of both of the damping matrix C and the gyroscopic matrix G and C is an asymmetric matrix, G is an dissymmetric matrix. And the dynamics model and modeling method proposed in this work can be used to evaluate and analyze the dynamic characteristics and stability of HSM system.
