摘要:The vibration frequencies of all-trans chains of beta-PVDF have been calculated using first-principles calculations. The obtained frequency spectrum is fairly in agreement with the infrared spectrum of PVDF film. The vibrational modes, with wave-numbers ranges between 1330cm(-1) and 1020 cm(-1), might be responsible for the spontaneous polarization.
