摘要：The prediction of the sheared edge quality of the blanking process still needs more accurate numerical model, which can be of great value. In this paper, a recently proposed fully coupled ductile damage model, which takes into account of the initial and induced anisotropy, isotropic and kinematic hardening, isotropic ductile damage, are used to estimate the blanking process of sheet metal DP1000. The work is focused on the effect of the induced anisotropy on the sheared edge quality. Series tests have been conducted for the calibration of the model parameters. Through the comparison of the numerical responses with and without the induced anisotropy, the significance of induced anisotropy on the crack initiation and propagation especially under blanking process is given.
