摘要:To ensure the pump design reliability, the structural analysis of 800GS80 single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump was carried out by finite element analysis in this work. Firstly, the pump 3D model was built in Solidworks. Then the model was implemented into ANSYS to compute the statics analysis and dynamics analysis of the designed pump. The deformation, stress and modal characteristics of the 800GS80 pump were obtained. The simulation results prove the reliability of the product design.
