摘要:A multi-layer MoS2-based saturable absorber enables Q-switched operation of Yb and Tm:KLu(WO4)(2) microchip lasers. The Tm laser generated 1.27 W with 175 ns/7.5 mu J pulses at 1929 nm and a slope efficiency of 43%.
