摘要:Recent years, as a special application of the robotic technology, the surgical robot has become a hot topic. especially with the development of the medical images technology and computer-aid surgery, the image-guided automated surgical robot (IGASR) has been widely used in various areas of clinic. In this paper, we gave a general review about the IGASR, and then, proposed a specific system design of a orthognathic assisted robot, which is constituted by pre-operation planning system, intra-operative navigation system, and robot controlling system. As an improvement of the previous researches, we developed a technological process for the pre-operation planning, and added a collision locating algorithm to the intra-operative navigation. According to the results of the preliminary experiments, the system can satisfy the accuracy requirement of the operation. © 2017 IEEE.
