摘要：The phenomenon of employees' career plateau in enterprises has been more and more serious that not only has negative impacts on staffs themselves, but also affects the development of enterprises, since the economic crisis comes and job seekers being high educational background gradually come into enterprises. Therefore, based on analyzing the career plateau, this paper divides it into three types: hierarchal plateau, content plateau, centralizing plateau, and then respectively explores their impacts on the job effect and constructs dynamic relationship model. Finally, according to this model, it proposes improvement measures.
