摘要：This article studies quasi-average group-consensus problems of multi-agent systems on a directed topologies with time delay. Firstly, switching topologies that are balanced and have a spanning tree is analyzed. Based on a reduced dimension model, a Lyapunov-Krasovskii function with uncertain time-varying delays is constructed. Then, Jensen's inequality and linear matrix inequality(LMI) set are used to obtain a sufficient condition for quasi-average group-consensus, and all agents can reach the quasi-average group-consensus. Secondly, quasi-average group-consensus of multi-agent systems in this switching topology is presented and a upper bound on the maximum time-delay that the system can tolerate are obtained. Finally, one illustrative example with simulation is shown to support our new theoretical results.
