摘要：Plasma surface metallurgy multi-tracks lap coating was formed on low carbon steel with Fe-Cr-C-Si-B alloy powders by feeding DC-Plasma-Jet surface metallurgical equipment, and the lap rate of surface metallurgical zone is 50%. Microstructure and properties were analyzed and tested on lap joint. The results show that the chrysanthemum crystal grains are found in lap joint area, and the microstructures in this area are much fine and compact, and its hardness increases.
