摘要：NiFe2O4/Ag composites were prepared by solid-state sintering technology using Fe2O3, NiO and Ag2O as main precipitant. The NiFe2O4/Ag composites were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. The static thermal corrosion rate in cryolite melt and the high temperature conductivity were measured. It is found that NiO, NiFe2O4 and Ag compose the composites. With the increase of Ag2O content, the void volume fractions of samples are decrease first and then increase, and when the content of Ag2O is 6%, the sample compact degree is the highest. Ag2O doping reduces the static thermal corrosion rate in cryolite melt and enhances the high temperature conductivity.
