摘要:The performance of the passively continuous-wave mode-locked Nd(0.1at%):YVO4/Nd(0.3at%):YVO4/Nd(0.8at%):YVO4laser with a semiconductor saturable absorber mirror (SESAM) is first reported to our knowledge. At the pump power of 7.69 W, an average output power of 887 mW was obtained with a slope efficiency of 12.2%. The pulse duration was measured to be 8.8 ps with a repetition rate of 34.7 MHz, which corresponded to the single pulse energy of 25.6 nJ and the peak power of 2.9 kW.
