摘要:When grouting or filling of the voids in fractured rock, the penetration of the grout and the resulting pressure profile may give rise to hydro-mechanical effects, which may lead to further opening and propagation of the fracture. In this paper, a computing model is established for analyzing splitting conditions, according to grout penetration equations of constant pressure. FEM is conducted and the stress intensity factor at the end of the fracture is calculated. Results show that the grouting pressure has a significant influence on the fractured rock, and the width of fracture also plays an important role. It is concluded that the model provides a possibility to evaluate the complex situation of splitting of the fractured rock aroused by grout penetration also grouting with a high pressure may lead to an uncontrolled development of the fracture, which is an enormous threat for construction of underground project.
