摘要:Remote Operated Vehicles(ROV) play an important role in marine economic development, environmental protection and disaster management. This paper introduces the design procedure for the rudder wing of ROV used in marine shallow water areas. First of all, the wing selection of the rudder wing is chosen based on the maneuverability requirements of the ROV. Secondly, the 3D model of the rudder wing is constructed after calculating the rudder wing area and the arrangement and position of the rudder wing are determined. Lastly, when the control equation of external flow field is a N-S equation and the turbulence model is a realizable k - epsilon model, the rudder wing is simulated by Fluent software. Therefore, the hydrodynamic performance is calculated and the pressure distribution contour diagram and lift-resistance change diagram at different attack angles are received. By analyzing the pressure of the rudder wing and the change of the lift-resistance at different attack angles, the best angle of attack for the rudder wing to have a better lift-resistance ratio is obtained. It contributes to the study of hydrodynamic performance of the rudder wing and the design optimization.
