摘要:According to the requirements of the internal cooling system in plastic film production, based on the analysis of the internal cooling principle and the deficiencies of existing internal cooling systems, a single chip solution based on STM32F103 has been proposed, which adopts the Proportion, Integration, and Differentiation (PID) algorithm. This realized high precision control of the film bubble size in the whole production process and has been tested in more than 50 greenhouse film producers for a long time; the actual control precision can be up to±1mm, and get the user acceptance.
