摘要：Objective Using the fusion algorithm of edge detection operator Canny and Sobel method, the outer edge information detection of different tangible components in the conventional urine sediment microscopic image was completed. Method Firstly, the images are preprocessed by gray scale, neighborhood filtering and median filtering. Then, the edges were superimposed by Canny and,Sobel operators. Finally, the visible components were obtained by expansion etch and hole filling. Results The fusion algorithm could be used for edge detection of tangible components with uniformity inconsistencies. Conclusion The effect of the fusion algorithm on the outer edge was signifacantly better than that of single algorithm.
