摘要:After long-term development, Confucian culture has formed a whole set of social ethical value system, which plays an important role in different periods of social development. Although there are limitations, its excellent elements are of great reference value for contemporary society, especially for corporate culture management. In this study, Confucianism in traditional Chinese culture is embedded in the analysis framework of corporate culture management, and the hypothesis of employee self-discipline mechanism is put forward, that is, the values of Confucian (social responsibility, national sentiment, harmony, integrity, Modesty and eagerness to learn and so on) can be properly publicized in the construction of corporate culture, and the self-discipline mechanism can be formed through employees' self-cultivation. This paper makes theoretical discussion and empirical test on the relationship between Confucian culture and corporate culture. The research results show that Confucian culture that based on humanistic care and harmonious relationship can improve employee self-discipline and organizational identity, improve organizational cohesion and team spirit, and further improve enterprise performance to some extent. This phenomenon is particularly obvious in state-owned enterprises and private enterprises. The conclusion of this paper can provide evidence for the role of the Confucian culture as a informal institutional theory in the construction of corporate culture.
