摘要：The crystal structure transitions in drawing process of the UHMWPE fibers were preliminarily studied by XRD, DSC, SAXS. With increase of draw ratio values, the DSC crystallinity of the UHMWPE fibers gradually increases to 66%; the grain size of (110) plane and (200) plane finally decrease to 13.4 nm and 9.7 nm respectively; the folded chain crystals gradually transform into extended chain crystals; the first melting endotherm peak temperature increases and the second melting endotherm peak occurs as the draw ratio values is higher than 36; the degree of defects in the UHMWPE fibers decreases; the addition of fluidity modifier in UHMWPE improves the fluidity of UHMWPE yet without affecting the crystal structures of UHMWPE fibers in the drawing process.
