摘要：Bottom frame - masonry building earthquake damage shows poor earthquake resistance. Based on this, the interlayer seismic isolation is adopted at the transition layer, and the theoretical formula of optimal isolation parameter is analysed. The parameters (stiffness and damping) of isolation layer are analysed considering damping of bottom structure and nonlinearity of damper of isolation layer as well as its its correlation with mass ratio. The impact of isolation layer parameters on horizontal vibration displacement of bottom structure is compared to obtain the range of optimal isolation layer parameter. According to the optimized analysis of seismic isolation parameters and combining a certain bottom frame-masonry structure, finite element software ABAQUS is used to establish two finite element models before and after seismic isolation respectively, for structural modal analysis and time-history analysis under seismic effect. The displacement and shear responses of structures before and after seismic isolation are analysed, and comparison shows that its damping effect is remarkable.
