摘要:A 5 th -order Butterworth active-RC complex band-pass filter (CBPF) is presented in this paper. Compared to the conventional complex filter, the proposed filter is compensated by introducing capacitors in parallel with the cross-coupling resistors. The proposed compensation aims to cancel the excess phase lag of the integrators caused by the limited gain-bandwidth product (GBW) of the amplifier, thus ensuring the in-band flatness of the magnitude-frequency response. And the proposed CBPF is implemented in TSMC 0.13 μm CMOS technology with a center frequency of 12.24 MHz and a bandwidth of 9 MHz for low-IF receivers. It draws 14.3 mA from a 1.5V power supply, meanwhile it achieves a 0.8 dB ripple in the passband. © 2018 IEEE.
