摘要:Living in a complex environment, humans are always faced with various external stimuli and internal changes including oxidative stress and tissue damage. To adapt to these stimuli, maintain physiological stability, and ensure survival, cells in the body initiate a series of interactive and regulatory response pathways. For example, increased reactive oxygen species in the body can induce autophagy through a variety of signalling pathways. This section will focus on ROS-mediated regulation of autophagy through PI3K/Akt, AMPK, JNK, ERK, ATG4, and other pathways.
