摘要：With the development of market economy, enterprises have realized that customer satisfaction can be an important factor in seeking corporate profits. The Chinese mobile communication companies are facing increasingly more competence from domestic and foreign competitors, which gradually enter the Chinese market. At present, many mobile companies conduct surveys on the customer satisfaction on products or services with the assistance of market research companies. In this paper, the author establishes a Customer Satisfaction Index model for the Zibo mobile communication company with respect to the existing literatures. Meanwhile, an empirical study was conducted based on the model with the respondents of 630 Zibo mobile users.
